Hey Yasmin, all Kendra Vidyalaya follow the same rule as you have mentioned above. If you have failed in 2 subjects in your 11th final exams then no matter what you will have to repeat your 11th and score a better percentage. If you are ready to repeat then it really doesn't matter that from which KV you are repeating. If you want to change the school then you will have to ask the school authorities regarding your problem.
