MA in yoga is a post graduate level course of 2 years. The admission can be merit based or entrance based, it purely depends on the institute in which you want to take admission. The average course fees varries from INR 10,000 TO 10 LAKHS. 

The eligibility to purse MA yoga is that the candidate must have passed th bachelor's degree and intermediate in the second division with atleast of 50% marks.
