You do not have to worry if you have used two different colored pens in board exams. You will not loose marks if you have used blue pen and black pen partly in the last question. As long as the answer is correct be assured that you will be awarded marks. Unless the answer is wrong or partly correct/incorrect you will not loose any marks.
