I understand your passion for both , becoming a doctor ans well as in NCC, but you must know that theer is no relaxation or reservation for candidates with NCC certificate. You can continue with NCC but then you will betoo tired both mentally and physically to study for NEET (if you are from general category specially). In general category you will have to score above 550 to get a set in any governmet college and if you are from states like UP or Rajasthan then above 600 out of 720.
