There are various possibilities in which one can get an unreserved seat even if he or she may belong to reserved category (specifically OBC category).

One of that circumstances are that one is being alloted a seat, it is seen that if he/she is assumed to be an unreserved candidate and gets the same allocation that of an reserved student, then the candidate is allotted an unreserved seat despite being in OBC category (as in your case)

For your information UR is for Unreserved Category which combines up all the non-general class people

so there is no sort of problem if you have been alloted seat under UR category 

but i would still recommend you to contact the authorities for the same just to satisfy it .
