If you qualified JEE MAIN THEN you are eligible for  JEE advanced.
Jee main Marks  is allowed in NIT IIIT GFTI ETC
WHEREAS
JEE ADVANCED KE RANK K BASIS PE IIT MILTI HAI.

JEE mains is the pre-exam for the admission in engineering courses. If you clear JEE mains then you are eligible for JEE advanced. You need to be ranked up among top 10000 candidate in JEE mains then you can apply for JEE advanced. JEE advanced is the next level exam after JEE mains for the admission in IIT.
