Based on the general rules for B.Pharm admission processes in India, if you don't choose either "Freeze" or "Betterment" options after a round of counselling and seat allotment, you may lose your allotted seat and might be out of that particular round or even the entire admission process depending on the specific rules of the counselling authority.
