I hope that you haven't given the 12th board from 2 different regular board in the same year because, it isn't legal. If you have passed the 2nd one after the completing the 1st one then it's ok .

Anyway,

Just make sure that you don't use both certificates at the same time.

You can use 2nd board 12th certificate for filling neet 2021 application, it doesn't matter even you had used the 1st one last year. And make sure that during counselling you use the same certificate used for filling the process and in future as well

Your neet 2021 application form is available at its official website i. e ntaneet.nic.in to be filled from 13 July 2021 to 06 August 2021(upto 11:50 PM)
