See any book that you solve will help you some or the other way for sure. You cannot compare two books. And honestly if I suggest, then both the books are little extra high level if you are preparing for neet. They're jee mains and JEE advanced level books. Obviously if you want to stay safe, then preparing from such books will surely help you get better marks but if you struggle then I'll suggest you drop this books and go for MTG NEET CHAMPION GUIDE or MARVEL.
