Well if you forgot to mention your section and question number ,there are chances that your marks will be deducted .

If you have mentioned the topic or have written some hint regarding the question then there chances you may get marks,But mostly the teacher might ignore and cut your marks for that question

If you had written the question in order then there might be chance that you may get marks
