Hey,

For English preparation, you have to first refer the books of class 9th/10th for English grammar. You can start with the grammar basics, revise them and move to reading magazines, newspapers and giving mock tests will help you score well in English.

And with respect to your framed question, It is difficult to say which test series is the best, as each website has a different understanding of the exam pattern/weightage/difficulty level etc. and also they offer different offers regarding mock test series fees.
