Nta had conducted neet 2020 examination on 13 sep 2020.
Nta has released neet 2020 result . Due to technical issue official website is not working properly. You can try after some time to get your neet 2020 result card.
After an hour you can try again to download your rank card. The issue may due to website not  your network .

You can use either http://ntaresults.nic.in/NTARESULTS_CMS/public/home.aspx# or http://ntaresults.nic.in/NEET19/Result/ResultNEET.htm for results. Once you visit any of these pages you will see "View NEET Result 2020". Click on that and enter your login credentials. Your NEET 2020 score card will  be displayed. Download and take 3-4 copies of printout for future reference. To check your results, you can follow the below steps

*  visit official page i.e ntaneet . nic .in or you  visit the direct result link i.e http ://ntaresults. nic . in/NEET20/Result/ResultNEET.htm

*then you need to enter your login credentials like your date of birth, your roll number etc
* after that click on submit .
* then your results will be displayed there on the screen
*then you should save few copies of your result for future use.
