If you are able to get admission to any college based upon the entrance exam which you had written, then you should go with the same. Provided it is your preferred branch. If you are unable to get that branch and if you can give good amount of money to college, only then go for admission through management quota.
The fees through Management quota for Mechanical Engineering varies from college to college. It can be around 4 lakhs and can go upto 10 lakhs during admission depending upon the college of your preference.
