MArks of 10th are not generally considered for automobile engineering. PUC however - this will depend upon the entrance exam, university and institute you are applying for admissions. Generally it is 60%  but for state entrance exams it differs. Let us know which state you live in and which entrance you plan to write so we can give you better answers.
