Hello Abhijeet Suman

Yes you can apply for improvement in only 3 subjects.

For improvement you can either apply for only 1 subject or for all the 5 subjects, according to your wish and requirement. Also the regular paper and the paper for improvement are non biased, you so can easily apply for the improvement.
