You need to secure the cut off rank that is specified in order to get admission in a college in Agriculture course. The cut off is category specific and college specific. Every year the cut off changes depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. There isn't a specific cut off score. To have decent chances of getting seat in a college you need to score minimum 80-90 marks or above in TS EAMCET and a rank under 30,000. This is an estimated score and rank respectively.
