I dmt think so Amy gov college will accept MAT score..Mostly in All the states They have their Own exam For MBA Admission..& The government College in That particular state is Follow the university rule & They Only acceot their state exam only.
so There are some good private college which acvept MAT exam Result..I am here giving you link of that College so kindly go for it.
