At a score of 490 in MAT, you have fair chances of receiving calls from VishwaVishwani Institute of Systems and Management and ICBM Hyderabad. At this score, you wouldn't be receiving many calls from Hyderabad colleges considering the limited number of colleges that accept MAT scores.

My suggestion to you would be to try for other competitive exams like CAT, XAT, IIFT, TISSNET if you have time in your hand.

As considering your composite mark you have got a decent score, but comparatively less percentile. You must check three parameters before joining any institution; the parameters are a) Placement, b) Faculty and c) infrastructure. My advice to you would be that you should not be biased about any place, instead try to be choosy about the university/institute.  I can suggest some colleges because my friends and cousins are either studying there or have passed out.

NIT, Warangal - This institute on of the top Government Institute for MBA. Institute has a good placement record. Faculties are well experienced in teaching most of them has industrial experience also.

Lovely Professional University - One of my friends is passed out from here in 2016, now he is working with an MNC as a state head of their sales. Their last year placement also good, the highest package was 21 LPA.  Recently Amazon hired few students at a  package of 28 LPA. Fortunately, I have the link so sharing with you. You can read it yourself for a better understanding. LPU has its own test, LPUNEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) and this may help you to get scholarship also if you are scoring well.

If you are not getting in any reputed institutes with this mark, you can do the coaching for one year and attend the test next year. My suggestion for you is, please try to get into reputed institutes.
