Maths is a very versatile subject which is used in almost every branch of engineering be it CSE or ECE however the use of. Maths in  civil and mechanical is the most . But every branch deals with different topics of maths like in computer maths is used to study networking algorithms while in Ece it is used for circuit analysis.

Mathematics is used evenly across all branches.

However applications of mathematics is widely seen with Marune engineering, Civil engineering, Production management and mechanical engineering.

Candidates need to be good with numbers and have good Quantitative aptitude as abov ebranches shall have lot of numerical based probkems.
