To be eligible for appearing in the NEET exam, having posted Physics, Chemistry and Biology is mandatory. You can also have additional subjects other than that like maths posted which does not matter.
Also, if you can appear for JEE too if you have opted for maths apart from biology.

Yes, of course you can appear in NEET if you have Bio+Maths combination. As per the latest eligibility criteria issued by NTA for NEET a candidate having Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a compulsory subjects in Class 12th is eligible for NEET.

Hello there, for neet exam compulsory subject are Physics chemistry and biology. Even if you take maths it will not going to affect anything. You can give neet exam.
And since you have taken maths also then you can give jee exam. Because the compulsory subject for jee are maths, Physics,and chemistry.
So with maths and biology in class 12th you can give any of these exam.
