Hello,

Yes, matriculation French students can write the Indian Police Service (IPS) exam, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university, irrespective of their stream. If they have completed their matriculation and subsequently obtained a degree, they can apply for the IPS exam, which is part of the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Additionally, candidates should be within the specified age limits and fulfill other requirements, such as nationality and physical standards.

Hope it helps !

For IPS exam one needs to have Minimum Educational Qualification University degree (Graduate) from a recognised University but you jyst pass matriculation which is 12th class so you are not eligible for this exam.

Also you are eligible to apply for UPSC, State PSCs, SSC and some banking exams too (IBPS, SBI, NIACL, etc) if you have completed your graduation

A graduation degree from a University or Institute recognized by UGC or AICTE is only accepted by these exams.

Yes, matriculation French students can write the IPS exam.

The Indian Police Service (IPS) exam, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), does not have any specific language requirements beyond English. This means that your choice of language in matriculation (French) will not disqualify you from appearing for the IPS exam.

However, it's important to note that the IPS exam is a highly competitive exam, and proficiency in English is crucial for success. The language will be used for the written papers, interviews, and future professional communication.

I hope it helps you.

Yes, matriculation French students can write the Indian Police Service (IPS) exam, provided they meet specific eligibility criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), which conducts the Civil Services Examination (CSE) for IPS recruitment.

Here are the key requirements:

1. **Citizenship**: Candidates must be Indian citizens. A person who has migrated from countries like Nepal, Bhutan, or other specified nations can apply if they intend to settle in India.

2. **Educational Qualification**: Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Matriculation (10th) alone is not sufficient; you need to complete higher secondary education and a bachelor's degree.

3. **Age Limit**: The candidate must be between 21 and 32 years of age. Relaxation is provided for certain categories (e.g., SC/ST, OBC).

4. **Physical Standards**: IPS candidates must meet specific physical and medical standards for fitness, vision, and height.

Matriculation is only the initial step. After completing your higher education (graduation), you can apply for the UPSC CSE, which includes the IPS cadre. The examination process involves a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview, testing general knowledge, aptitude, and personality. It's crucial to focus on completing your educational journey to be eligible for this competitive exam.

hope this helps you!!
