Hey!There
To have in NITs under ST category try to score 85+ percentile.For having such percentile you need to score 80+ score out of 300.

There is no specific percentile for getting any NIT, although my colleague who belong to category and got around 78 percentile are studying in NIT agartala. So if you get around a percentile of 80, you can get a good NIT for sure. It also depends on the branch because you might not get CS in the best NIT at this percentile but might get ECE or IT in the same.
