Candidate must have passed second year Pre-University or class 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects while for SC, ST, Category-I and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) category candidates qualifying marks is 40%
Qualifying Marks in KCET Medical 2016 - General category candidates must score a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in PCB subjects in KCET Medical 2016 exam while qualifying marks is 40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates.
