Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts various entrance exams for various Under Graduate ,Post Graduate courses   as far as architecture and engineering is concerned yes , you can give AMUEE in even if you are in 12 th standard howeve even if you get salected your admission will be on provisional bases unless you submit required documents that is you need to get atleast 55-60 in qualifying exam or state board exam and you have to submit the passing certificate with in given time otherwise you admission will get cancelled
