yes you can take admission in 12 th class in haryana bro HBSE but what matter is you have to take admissoin in open school learnig or regular . in open school , haryana board you can take directly admission but you if wanted to sit for regular than you have to mention the reason for what you are taking admission in 12th in govt school because it is mandatory to do 12 from the same school you have done 11th . so you have to attach your migration certficate or any other application to give them the reason for taking admission in 12 th class. you can ask anything if its not clear.
