Both the course have same weightage, but try its preferable if its your background to go easily through your placement.
Pharmacy taken by Pharma guys and Same for Biotech.
Both are one of emerging markets for India and worldwide.
Good choice indirectly reflect your option, So make sure you choose it wisely.

Actually the both the courses are good on the own opporunities so inwhich You are having the interest so that you can choose without own interest if you are studied means it will be waste of time and money 

but the MBA biotechnology is having more oppurtunity in other countries so much demand 

my suggestion is considered go for the MBA biotechnology
