Hey !
Both if them you mentioned are very good career options. The ACCA is  chartered accountancy qualification.Those who have successfully completed this qualification become chartered accountants. An MBA is a Masters degree that is business orientated. On the other hand, an ACCA qualification is geared at undergraduate level and can often be achieved whilst studying for a BA or BSc etc. MBA is of a  more theoretical manner and does not cover the technical areas that  chartered accountants need to know such as taxation, company law, and accounting standards. On the above factors you can choose either of them depending on you interest.(coz both are good at their own level). If salary package is the first priority, then it is based on the Institute you pursue MBA. If it's from IIM's (more likely A,B,C) then definitely you can go with MBA. Or else, you can go with ACCA (they also offer good starting packages, compared to MBA from local universities)
