Hi, There is one major difference between both. For MBA, a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities so they only offer MBA programs. Some of such MBA universities are IIFT, FMS. o the other hand, PGDM is a diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognized by AICTE and are not affiliated to any university. Some of its examples are IIM's,  XLRI. Apart from the above, fees is high for PGDM courses whereas less for MBA. Hope this helps. Good luck.
