Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination(MCCQE) is an examination that tests the critical medical knowledge and clinical decisions making ability of a candidate  consists of 210 questions in part 1 for about 4 hours then part2 has 38 case studies for about 3 and half hours brief answers.

Now,In India we have many exams like NEET,SET,NET,GATE,JEE(Mains and Advanced),UPSC.

Comparing both,our country have  many tough exams,but I cant grasp about what field you are asking about.May be MCCQE is tougher enough, but every year students cracking it.It is clearly evident that no any exam is tougher in world .Every exam is only for breaking the tie in by competitive exams.

Actually in the world and in the India there are a lots of examinations are held each year. All those are not easy also. But among them summer toughest examination.

Some Indian examination is in the top 10 toughest examination in the world list. Those examinations are

• UPSC examination
• GATE examination
• IIT JEE advanced

So I don't think that MCCQE is tougher than any other Indian examinations.
