Yes you will require your domicile, for the counselling procedure.

Class 10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate.
Class 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate.
Category Certificate.
Sub-Category Certificate.
UPSEE 2019 Admit Card.
UPSEE 2019 Rank Card.
Domicile Certificate.

You need all of the above things, to stand in chance of getting a seat. Hope this is clear. All the best.
