Well,  brother I can't understand but how you are confused with mechanical and electrical. When both the branches have entirely different domain.
It looks as if you are just filling the counseling on the basis of past years.

If that's the case, you are committing a Blunder, my friend. I would suggest you to select a branch at which you are interested. Then go for the colleges which offers that branch in that rank
