i m sorry to say there no such exam that whole world  accepts each country has there own rules i would like to suggest if you are trying to any under graduate in abroad you have few common international entrance exams for abroad studies include the SAT, MCAT, LSAT,IELTS and the TOEFL. it depends on this majorly while i suggest you take councelling from the abroad consultancy they will give each and every information i would like to suggest few people for exam couching and councelling are JAMBOREE, PRINCETON kindly check with them
