I'm not quite sure what your query is. It would have helped if you were more specific. However, just to keep you informed, AFMC conducts their own medical examination like every other medical college which includes Urine and Blood routine investigations, Routine Eye and ENT examination, Xray Chest etc. Other than that they do a Psychological Assessment Test (PAT).  This will take place as part of the counseling process and they will allot the day as well as the time.
