If you have not applied for the college in which you want to take admission I don't think so you will be able to take admission without applying. Still you can check the website of the college if they have extended the deadline for form filling then you can apply and wait for allotment.

Secondly if the deadline to fill the form is already over you can check other colleges for admission and from next time remember that in order to get admission somewhere application form filling is the foremost step.
