Dear aspirant
As your board results is very low. Your percentage must be at least 60 % to get admitted into private colleges. Your rank is not almost good as you are general category.  You may take admission in colleges like CV raman, SRM, LPU, Most etc. Or may drop for one year if you really want a good government colleges.
