Shaba, for a Candidate belonging to OBC Category, you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 40% in your Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Your English marks are not considered for NEET eligibility. Now you have 46% as your aggregate and so you are eligible for NEET 2020. You can check the complete application process at our page, https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-application-form.

For the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination should be  40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved Candidates .Now as you have got 46% you are eligible for NEET.
