Yes, the minimum percentile required to get admission in BA is 45%. However with these marks you would nit be able to get admission into government colleges like DU. But you could apply for BHU as it demands only 50%, if you clear it's entrance exam then you can get admission in the University. There are many private colleges too in which you could get admission directly without any entrance.

I would like yo inform you that yes you can get admission in 52% in BA but again it totally depends upon which colleges you are choosing. If you are choosing top colleges then definitely their cutoff will be high.
