Hey!

You can attempt upsc after completing your undergraduation. And general knowledge, you can gain through reading daily newspapers, articles or by news channels. There will be 3 rounds for upsc, first is prelims, second is about physical testing (SSB) and third is personal interview. You can esaliy prepare for the exam by referring some books. However, it is very difficult to crack upsc in first time, but you can get it in second chance.
