Sorry to say but as per your rank in UPSEE you can't get admission in rajkiya engineering college of UPTU due to very high rank. Asper previous year cuttoff rankings you can get admission in any government colleges of UPTU . You can check it yourself by visiting official UPSEE WEBSITE.
