If all 650 seats are already filled and your rank comes after the last admitted candidate then unfortunately you will not get admission in that round

• Admissions are strictly based on seat availability and rank
• If your rank is beyond 650 and no one drops out or cancels then you won't get a seat
• But if some students withdraw or don't take admission or get upgraded to a better choice then seats become vacant
• In such cases your number might come up in the next round or spot counselling

Apply in backup colleges as well so you don't miss out completely
