Hello,
If your father’s name has a minor difference like a dash between Aadhaar and 10th marksheet, it is usually not a serious problem. Small spelling or formatting differences are generally accepted if the name clearly refers to the same person. However , for safety in future admissions or exams, it is better to correct one document so that both names match exactly.
