The details which are in your class 10 certificate are considered. If the name of your mother is incorrect then you should change the name in class 12 certificate requesting your school or college. You have to submit the proof and your school administration shall help you with the same. If both the names belong to your mother then you can get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to your name and you need to submit the affidavit at the time of counselling, you won't face any problem.
