Hi Dear,

If your college asks for submission of original documents, then yes ofcourse you can submit laminated documents and there is absolutely no problem in that. It is good that you have kept your migration in good condition. Also, I'll recommend you to carry xerox copy of your migration certificate when going for document verification.
