The freeship card is issued following official permission by the social justice and empowerment department. The card is a written promise by the government to pay education fee, admission fee and other compulsory fee of the student to the self-financed college.For this card the ,SC /ST STUDENTS AVAILING FREESHIP:- Annual. Income of parents should be above 2 Lakh per annum. VJNT / SBC/ OBC STUDENTS AVAILING FREESHIP:- Annual. income of parents should be above 1 Lakhs and not more than 8 Lakhs per annum .Documents required are-Address proof- Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driver's License/ Aadhaar Card/ Electricity Bill/ Water Bill/ Extracts of 7/12 and 8 A / Rent Receipt/ Telephone Bill/Ration Card/Property Tax Receipt. Affidavit for Caste Certificate (Form 2) Proof of caste of a self or blood relative.

So apply the form and get the certificate if you are eligible.
