If you had choose and tick the domicile option then it will not be rejected. Because we get options other then that also like uploading marksheets/scorecard; etc.

So, don't worry it will not be rejected.

Now,all you have to so is to show your original domicile certificate at the time of tge final admission to avoid any issues.
