To get BTech or BE from government College you need to score above 140. As some government colleges have less cutoff so you can get it in around 110.
For GCE Aurangabad on need to score above 140 and for GCE amravati in need to score above 130.
So it varies from college to college.
So there is only option that is to study hard to get good government College.
