Hello,
There's a lot of difference between the two. JEE Mains are pretty difficult compared to MHTCET.In MHTCET a lot of emphasis is on what you learned during your boards.JEE concentrates more on your understanding of the various subjects and not just bookish knowledge.It also has negative marking making it more competitive and difficult to crack compared to MHTCET.
