Its so sad that you have lost the application if you dont have the application Number then contact the MHCET concerned authority i.e you can find them on offical site in CONTACT US intialy mail them give all you information like NAME college name , DOB mother name all sort of things they will help you out in case if they dont rever back them call them and ask for a solution
