According to the previous year cutoff, you must score more than 380 marks in NEET exam for admission to Government Medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu under state quota if you belong to general category.

Cutoff vary from college to college and also cutoff vary every year so it would be difficult to tell you about the minimum marks required.
