I am guessing that you are asking with respect to JEE Mains.

Actually it's quite difficult to predict the marks required to get a particular percentile score as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc

But as per previous year trends to get 95 percentile you need to score 100 marks in jee mains

For example,

In jee mains 2019,

95.42678954 - 94.40128456 percentile  corresponded 107 to 98 marks
